Job Evaluation

Introduction:
Job Evaluation Exercise is normally used to insure internal equity and fair compensation among employees in any given organization. The Point System is one of those widely used methods to evaluate jobs.

However, job evaluation can only be meaningful when jobs are assigned to a grading system and the grades are assigned to a range of salaries or salary structure (minimum, midpoint & maximum).

Ghazal54 Point system has been used by Samref since 1988. It is a systematic and straightforward approach that is proven to be effective and easy to apply and use.

Evaluation Factors:

The Ghazal54 job evaluation method consists of 9 factors with 6 degrees/levels assigned to each factor. Each level has a point value assigned to it.
